A little slice of gooderness, served up fresh.
On May 6th, 2026, we got an email that hit us straight in the feels: "Hi GOODLES!! My friends and I decided to make our AP Stats project about GOODLES being the superior mac and cheese brand!! We are your biggest fans and LIVE LAUGH LOVE GOODLES." It was signed by Inika, on behalf of herself and three classmates — Stella, Ema, and Marta — four high schoolers at Westlake High School.
Picture this: you're walking down Lafayette Street in SoHo, and HARK you hear an angelic chorus of voices. Not a lone busker. A full choir, live, harmonizing you toward a Manhattan storefront like you're being personally welcomed into mac heaven. You follow the sound. You end up waist-deep in a pit of noodle-shaped stuffies, Cheddy Mac Cup in hand while a six-foot noodle mascot high-fives a stranger over your shoulder. Reader, this was real life. From Friday, May 15th through Sunday, May 17th 2026, we took over 188 Lafayette Street for a three-day pop-up, and it was every bit as unhinged — and as delicious — as it sounds.
Who Founded GOODLES? The Origin Story
We believe the world is full of gooderness. And we believe it’s full of people who make it that way. We call them Do-Gooders – people that are committed to making things just a little bit, well, gooder.
When you need something fast and filling, these Cheddy Mac Cups with BBQ Chicken deliver. Creamy, cheesy goodness meets smoky BBQ for a quick, satisfying meal that hits all the right notes — no drive-thru required.
