Ingredients:
1 box Gluten-Free Twistful Thinking
1 large potato, diced
1 cup green beans, trimmed
1/2 cup basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding potatoes to the boiling water halfway through cooking.
In the last 4 minutes of cooking, add green beans to the pasta pot.
Drain the pasta, potatoes, and green beans, and while still hot, toss with basil pesto. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
