1 box of Goodles Shella Good
½ cup Sour cream
2 tablespoon of pasta water
1 teaspoon of Onion powder
Dash of Garlic powder
3 Green Onions, chopped (set aside a handful for garnish)
1 handful of chives, chopped
1 pinch of sugar (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: Sour cream and onion chips
Pot/ Dutch oven - at least 2 qt
Colander
Spatula/ wooden spoon for mixing
Measuring spoons/cups
Step 1
Cook Goodles Shells from Shella Good box according to package directions.
Step 2
Save at least ⅛ cup of pasta water, drain noodles and return noodles to pot. Turn to low heat.
Step 3
Add Shella Good cheese packet, sour cream, 2 tsp of pasta water, onion powder, garlic powder and sugar. Stir for a few turns, enough to combine. If too thick, add in more pasta water to give it a nice fluid body.
Step 4
Sprinkle in a handful of chopped chives and a brave amount of green onions. Stir again until well combined. Taste and add S&P to your liking, stir one more time.
Step 5
Serve and top it with more green onions and/or choice toppings.
