Our Noodles

Wheat Flour

Wheat Flour

This ain't no standard "wheat flour"! Ours is a special flour that contains 10X more fiber than regular flour does. This particular fiber is extra special in that it is a resistant starch for prebiotic benefits like support for healthy blood sugar levels, gut health, immune health and more.
Chickpea Protein

Chickpea Protein

Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, are part of the legume family. While they have become more popular recently, chickpeas have been grown in Middle Eastern countries for thousands of years. The protein from the chickpea flour is what we use to boost nutrition!
Wheat Protein

Wheat Protein

Wheat protein is fully natural in wheat. It's isolated from the wheat grain by a simple washing process. Our wheat protein gives Goodles an extra protein kick and helps to create that springy, bouncy chew!
Nutrients extracted from:

Nutrients extracted from:

We grind up the following superfoods into a powder, extract out the micronutrients, and bake it right into the Goodles noodle. Because our vitamins and minerals come from nature, they are more stable and bioavailable than synthetic vitamins concocted in a lab. This special process is what allows us to get so much nutrition in there without giving the noodle an icky flavor.
Broccoli

Broccoli

Broccoli contributes critical nutrients like Vitamin C and Chromium.
Spinach

Spinach

Shhh. Don't tell the kids. Ground up, organic spinach delivers nutrients like B2, B6, Folate, E, & Iron.
Kale

Kale

Kale is a nutrition superstar due to the many nutrients it contains including Vitamin K and Copper.
Pumpkin

Pumpkin

Pumpkin is a superfood delivering lots of nutrients including Manganese, Molybdenum, and Zinc.
Sweet Potato

Sweet Potato

So good! Packed with Vitamin A.
Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are little nutritional power-houses: Hello Biotin, Vitamin B1, B3, Biotin (Vitamin B7) and Selenium.
Cranberry

Cranberry

This power-packed berry is a nutritional gem. Cranberries are a rich source of several vitamins and minerals, including Iodine.
Chlorella

Chlorella

Yes, it's a fresh water algae. But don't be scared! Chlorella is packed with vitamin B-12. We only use the nutrients, so don't worry about any weird taste!
Maitake Mushroom

Maitake Mushroom

Maitake, recognized as the "king of mushrooms" in Japan, has long been used as an adaptogen to treat several ailments. Maitake is the mushroom with the highest source of vitamin D. Goodles gets Vitamin D2 from these guys.
Shiitake Mushroom

Shiitake Mushroom

We grab Panthotenic Acid (Vitamin B5) and Selenium from these nutritionally dense superfoods.

Our Cheese

White Aged Cheddar

White Aged Cheddar

We worked with our favorite little dairy in the Midwest to create a proprietary White Aged Cheddar Cheese. This one has just the right amount of nuttiness, tang and creaminess to satisfy the most discriminating cheddar lover.
Cultured Milk

Cultured Milk

An important ingredient in cheesemaking, cultured milk is milk that's been fermented with lactic acid bacteria. The fermentation process preserves freshness while enhancing taste and improving digestibility. There is evidence that fermented milk products have been produced since around 10,000 BC.
Whey

Whey

Whey is a byproduct of cheesemaking, and is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. It imparts a wonderful sweet dairy flavor and creamy mouthfeel.
Buttermilk

Buttermilk

Buttermilk is the sweet liquid squeezed from butter-making. It's high in protein and calcium, and delievrs a yummy sweet dairy flavor.
Salt

Salt

Pure salt.
Disodium Phosphate

Disodium Phosphate

Making cheese would be difficult without disodium phosphate - the sodium salt derived from phosphate rock in the earth. It acts as an emulsifier that keeps fat and water from separating during the cheese-making process. This helps us get the richest and creamiest cheese possible. Disodium phosphate has been used in cheese production since 1895.
Paprika

Paprika

Nature is so colorful! There is NO reason to ever use artificial dyes! Paprika is extracted from the common sweet red pepper and provides a lovely red-orange color to cheese.
Turmeric

Turmeric

Turmeric is a root similar to ginger. It provides a golden yellow color to cheese, naturally.
Enzymes

Enzymes

Enzymes are important in cheese-making to create curds and whey. The whey is the liquid part that is strained and the curds are what's left behind -- AKA cheese! Our enzymes are produced by natural fermentation processes and are NOT derived from animal sources.
Butter

Butter

Butter. Real and true butter -- the dairy product made from the fat and protein components of churned cream. It lends a creamy mouthfeel and sweet dairy flavor to cheese.
Tapioca Flour

Tapioca Flour

You know when you make homemade Mac & Cheese, you usually start with a roux of flour and butter to help thicken the sauce up? Well, we’re using a touch of tapioca flour, which thickens up the sauce in an all-natural way!
Dried Maple Syrup

Dried Maple Syrup

You know how just a TOUCH of salt makes your sweet chocolate chip cookies taste sublime? Well, for our cheesy, savory, salty Cheddy Mac, that slight HINT of crystallized maple syrup is just the thing.
Lactic Acid

Lactic Acid

Lactic acid is naturally produced through a fermentation process and provides a gentle tang to cheese.
Annatto

Annatto

Annatto is another natural coloring, coming from the seeds of the achiote tree. It imparts a lovely orange color.

Picky toddler approved!

I saw Goodles on the shelf at the store and picked it up on a whim, mainly thinking of myself. I loved the flavors so much that I started ordering the new flavors as they were released as well. My three year old is only willing to eat “blue noodles” from the microwave  but I was finally able to convince her that Cheddy Mac was basically the same thing. Lo and behold, she agreed, and actually seems to prefer it at this point! We’ve been able to branch out to Shella Good, and I have high hopes for Twist My Parm as well. So now, I feel better about feeding her mac and cheese, and I get to continue eating deliciousness. Win win!

BRB Going to Order More of these Colorful, Guilt-Removing Boxes

How about the way these boxes are like little guilt removers? As my husband and I convert to an entirely new way of eating that has consumed my time and meal prep, these little boxes of goodness have come to the rescue removing my guilt as I reach for the package. It doesn't hurt that they squeal in delight when they see what's coming out of the pantry, even before it's in front of them. On this front, our 3 year old and 13 year old are united. Although I think the 3 year old would fight for Shella Good and Twist my Arm, and the 13 year old holds out for Cheddy Mac and loves Down the Hatch as well. I suppose that's all in our favor though, isn't it?

BUY THIS NOW

I ordered these strictly out of curiosity and was skeptical because I’ve grown up on Mac n cheese and have my favorites. This is EASILY my new favorite Mac n cheese, I never want to buy any other brand!! It tastes like comfort food but you actually feel good after eating it! I am about to get braces and I can’t wait for an excuse to live off of this stuff and order so much of it. Every flavor I’ve tried so far is equally as amazing and they’re all different enough that it is totally worth trying the variety pack! I’ve tried all the flavors by themselves as well as with adding broccoli or other things to it, and you can’t go wrong with any combination!

Recommend the variety pack to discover what you like!

Overall I was very pleased with the variety pack. I've been wanting to try Goodles for quite some time, and the variety pack allowed me to try all of the flavors (except for the truffle mac, which was released after I placed my order). Our favorite is the cacio e pepe mac and cheese - least favorite is the parmesan (though it's still good). I love that it's not your standard Kraft/Velveeta mac and cheese - it's definitely more flavorful. My only complaint is the salt content, but this is a problem with boxed mac and cheese across the board. We've figured out that we do NOT salt the water before adding in the pasta, which helps. Can't wait to try the truffle flavor!

Best boxed Mac and Cheese

This is the best boxed macaroni my family has tasted! The variety pack was great because we were able to try all the flavors but we did have our favorites. The Mover & Shaker was delicious, especially with the cracked pepper and the Romano and Parmesan cheese, it was our favorite. Our second favorite was the Cheddy Mac., it had plenty of cheesy flavor! We prepared all the Mac with the optional instructions of 1 TB of butter and after trying each one without extras we added peas and carrots our second time around and they were still yummy and more nutritious of course. We will definitely be ordering our favorites again and can’t wait until they are in a local store.

10 outta 10, would recommend

I have a problem with macaroni and cheese... I always want to eat it. For that reason, I was very excited when I discovered this product - macaroni and cheese I didn't need to feel guilty about eating. I've tried three flavors so far and have loved every one. The sauce is creamy and delicious and really satisfies the mac and cheese craving. We do add butter, as is optional on the instructions. The Shella Good is my favorite so far, but I also suggest Down the Hatch, which isn't in the variety pack. I plan on trying all of the flavors they offer! Since trying it, I've been telling everyone who will listen they need to try it too. I would absolutely suggest ordering some!

Best boxed Mac and Cheese available!

Growing up I never really had boxed Mac and cheese but I always craved such cheap delicacies after being spoiled by baby sitters. Goodles takes a twist on a childhood favorite and makes it a little more adult. Easy to make, high protein, and super delicious. I mean this product is really delicious. Although the price is a little more expensive than other brands, the quality is bar none. Twist my parm is probably by far my favorite with a little hot sauce, all the styles from this company are perfect. Seriously, this stuff is amazing. Writing up this review as I'm about to place a second order!

THANK YOU! Game Changer for picky toddlers.

I am so glad we found Goodles! My boys (3 and 1) love Mac n cheese. As do I. I didn’t love giving them the regular boxed brands because they didn’t have much of an nutritional value. It was very much a special occasion food. In addition, my 3 year old is extremely picky. Like. Extremely. I had to coax him to even take a bite of Goodles. But once he did, it was all over. I could eat a box a day myself. The boys ask for it often. So now, we can enjoy it once a week because of its incredible ingredients. We will be loyal customers for as long as the flavor stays as amazing as it is. We ordered the variety box and they are all winners. The Shella Good and the original orange cheese are our favorites.
