Because our vitamins and minerals come from nature, they are more stable and bioavailable than synthetic vitamins concocted in a lab. Whey is a byproduct of cheesemaking, and is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. It imparts a wonderful sweet dairy flavor and creamy mouthfeel.

To enjoy a product that allows for so much variety while maintaining some of the best nutritional ingredients is a win-win. I had my labs drawn a few days ago and my cholesterol and A1c were well within normal limits. What a godsend this product is. Couldn’t have come at a better time.

The blend of ingredients they use for the noodles mimics classic mac and cheese wheat noodles perfectly. It's nice to have a childhood treat consistently, knowing I'm getting some extra protein and fiber in rather than relatively empty calories.

Cheddy Mac was pretty good. Not as rich and __quote__cheesy__quote__ as other brands, but overall much better than my first purchase of the Elote corn flavor. I dont have any words that rhyme because im currently out of time. Adios

The variety of flavors in this pack is awesome. My favorite are the parmesan and the two cheddar flavors. This is great for a quick lunch or as a side dish with dinner. I will definitely be ordering again.
