We grind up the following superfoods into a powder, extract out the micronutrients, and bake it right into the Goodles noodle. Because our vitamins and minerals come from nature, they are more stable and bioavailable than synthetic vitamins concocted in a lab. This special process is what allows us to get so much nutrition in there without giving the noodle an icky flavor.

Absolutely love these

These were absolutely perfect. I love the shape, it holds onto sauce really well so each noodle has a ton of flavor. The texture is great, like the other boxed noodles they have, but it's fun to come up with your own sauces and dishes for these. 10/10 would buy again.

I have the pickiest eater and it breaks my heart that I need to dose her water with Miralax because she gets zero fiber her diet, and coax her with vitamins because she gets little protein and nutrition in her rotation of pizza and pasta. I'm SO glad Goodles is in the market to sneakily boost her consumption of both fiber, protein, and vitamins. Any chickpea flavor is undetectable. The snazzy design matches the quality of the product and I'm so happy we found this!

Feeling much better about pasta for the kids

Our kids love pasta but we try to limit how much they eat since the nutritional value is pretty limited. Goodles changed all that by launching a healthier pasta that the kids actually love. Curveballs are their favorite because they're delicious and easy to eat. Add some vegetables and a little sauce and you've got a meal they'll love.

GAME CHANGER GOODLES!

I have followed a gluten free diet for the past 5 years due to a gluten sensitivity. I decided to give Goodles a try because the ingredients looked promising! This is the first non-gluten free pasta that I have been able to enjoy without a stomach ache in YEARS! Absolutely love Goodles!

Great replacement for regular pasta

My kids and I really enjoyed these. I don't feel terrible about feeding them what they want for a change. There's a lot of protein and healthy ingredients. I just wish they were organic. The flavor was good, the texture was perfect. My kids make them on their own now.

Goodles are the best! I've tried many varieties of the healthier pasta options and nothing else compares to goodles. The taste and texture is far superior to everything else. So glad these are available so I can enjoy pasta again!

Got these for the shape, cause they hold in the cheesy sauces & goodness inside. They did not disappoint!! Made an easy pasta dish with these, and was so happy that I didn't feel all bloaty-full after eating!! Definitely a keeper!

These are my favorite noodles! I only use these now because they help me to not feel stomach pain after eating pasta! This shape is my favorite but I do wish they come out with way more shapes. I would buy them all !
